3. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings with Rehman Tours & Rentacar | 97 Group must be made through:

- In Person Or Office
- Website form
- Instagram message
Booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received, and Rehman Tours & Rentacar | 97 Group sends a confirmation message.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made in advance or as agreed in the booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include:

- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Cash
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation must be requested through WhatsApp or a phone call.
6. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
Customers must use vehicles lawfully and responsibly.
Customers agree to:

- Avoid smoking inside the vehicle
- Not use the vehicle for illegal activities
- Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
7. Driver and Staff Responsibility
For chauffeur-driven services, the driver is provided by Rehman Tours & Rentacar | 97 Group.
Customers must not:
- Force the driver to break traffic laws
- Use the driver for illegal activities
Any damages or fines caused by customer misuse will be charged to the customer.
8. Tour Services Terms
Tour packages may be customized as per customer request.

- Change the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events
- Replace vehicles or drivers if required
- Cancel tours if safety is at risk
